Women's Kettlebell Crosstraining

LADIES WE'VE GOT THE PERFECT CLASS FOR YOU!

A class devoted to increasing your strength and coordination by using a mixture of kettlebell training with TRX, Bosu Stability, etc.

This class is a great way for women to incorporate weight training into their lifestyle. Kettlebells are a low impact form of strength training. Strength training is so important in helping prevent osteoporosis, especially in women. Come try it out!

Register or drop in to this class. Use the Weber Punch Pass too! All sessions run on a monthly basis- starting the first week of the month and running for 4 weeks. 

This class will only be running once a week on Tuesdays. We will resume twice a week in Septemeber. 

*JUNE CLASSES WILL ONLY RUN FOR 2 WEEKS.
